INDEPENDENT BOOKSTORE DAY
Independent Bookstore Day is a one-day national party that takes place at indie bookstores across the country on the last Saturday in April. Hampden’s Atomic Books will have a selection of Independent Bookstore Day exclusives for sale and will also be doing Double Big Spender card marks.
Baltimore Poet’s Corner
Come celebrate National Poetry Month at Ma Petite Shoe with poetry readings by Jo Tyler & Pearl Brown and an open mic to follow. Open to all genres and also open to reading of your favorite poetry!
Baltimore Poet’s Corner is an open and supportive space to perform, learn and appreciate the poet in us all.
Donations welcome to combat hunger for Hampden’s homeless.

Friends of the Roland Water Tower annual Spring Fling Flea Market
Spring Fling Flea Market with sales featuring new and previously owned items, such as homemade baked goods, plants, lemonade, crafts, jewelry and art, clothing, sports equipment and household items. All proceeds to benefit future events by the Friends of the Roland Water Tower. 4210 Roland Avenue. Rain or Shine.

This one-day show will feature artwork by our talented Art with a Heart staff, volunteers, teachers and assistants.
The event will take place at the Goldfinch Room at Whitehall Mill, located at 3300 Clipper Mill Road, just down the road from Art with a Heart. There is plenty of free parking behind Whitehall Mill, where you will find the entrance to the Goldfinch Room. This is a new event venue!
Artwork will be available for purchase and we will have complimentary beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

Record Store Day is fast approaching! Celebrated Summer will open at 9am. Promise of a good time and lots of RSD and used products will be hitting the shelves!

As the organizers of Hampdenfest we're very disappointed to have to announce that there will be no Hampdenfest 2023. Our application was declined, with Baltimore city asking us to change the date. We have spent hours struggling and working on this, but unfortunately there is no workable second date available for us this year.

The Mayor's Parade is back!
Giant balloons, marching bands, Santa, local media celebrities and elected officials, Miss Yuletide, and all your friends and neighbors!
The parade route runs down Falls Rd. from Coldspring Lane and turns onto W. 36th St.
